Maemove Pilates
Forresters Beach, Central Coast

We only take six because we actually give a shit.

Full studio equipment, real coaching, and a room small enough that nobody's hiding at the back. This is Pilates and strength training the way it should feel: challenging, personal, and yours.

What makes Maemove different

01

Max 6 per class

Real coaching, not just instruction. Every rep gets watched, every cue is for you specifically.

02

Three equipment stations

Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair and barrels. You train on everything, every session.

03

Physio-backed programming

Our team trains alongside a physiotherapist, so modifications come from how your body actually moves.

04

You cannot hide, but you also cannot be forgotten

This is a coaching environment built around movement quality and genuine strength.

How a class runs

The room runs as three equipment stations. Two of you per station, 15 minutes each, then rotate. One coach watching all of it.

Station 01

Reformer

2 people · 15 minutes

Station 02

Cadillac

2 people · 15 minutes

Station 03

Wunda chair + barrels

2 people · 15 minutes

You train on everything, every session. Most studios stop at the reformer. We don't.

Ella with a Maemove client
You'll hear from me, personally

Real coaching is impossible in a room of twenty strangers where nobody knows your name.

So we built the opposite. Three stations, two people each, rotating every 15 minutes, so every class trains your whole body across equipment most studios don't even own. Our instructor team trains alongside a physiotherapist, so every modification you get is grounded in how your body actually works, not a script.

And when you're a Maemove client, you'll actually hear from me. Weekly check-in texts, real answers, no automated nonsense.

Sore cheeks, full hearts.
