One page, one job: tell you exactly what The Move-In is, what happens the second you buy it, and why 9 out of 10 people stay long after their first 28 days.
$199
This is how everyone starts at Maemove. 28 days, 10 classes, a Map Session before your first class, and a weekly check-in text from me. No lock-in, ever.
Your full runway to get hooked, properly.
Any class style, across both our main studio and Gracelands, whatever suits your body that day.
Your first visit, before you load a spring.
A real check-in, not an automated nudge.
Takes two minutes on Momence. $199, no lock-in.
That's how you'll lock in your Map Session and, from there, your classes.
A few minutes on your body, your goals and anything we should know before you walk in.
45 minutes, max 3 people. We watch how you move and get you booked into your first few classes.
From your first group class, not your purchase date. 10 classes to use, from here.
A 45-minute session, max 3 people, one of you on each piece of equipment. You'll have filled out an intake form beforehand, so this is about watching how your body actually moves before you load a single spring.
We'll get you comfortable in the space, book your first few classes in, and answer every question you didn't know you had. No pressure, no test you can fail.
Not on the day you pay. Your 28 days starts from your first group class, after your Map Session. So you're never racing the clock before you've even walked in.
No. Most people who start at Maemove haven't. Your Map Session exists so you walk into your first class already knowing what you're doing.
Everyday niggles are fine, and our modifications are built around how your body actually moves. Our instructor team trains alongside a physiotherapist. If it's anything acute or painful, get in touch first: we'll need medical clearance before you start, and we'll make sure this is the best place for you to begin.
The Move-In gives you 10 classes to use across your 28 days, it's not a requirement to use them all. Come when you can, the 28 days still runs its course.
None. It's genuinely no lock-in. For what it's worth, 9 out of 10 people choose to stay anyway.
The room runs as three equipment stations, two people per station, rotating every 15 minutes. You'll train on the reformer, Cadillac and Wunda chair (or barrels, depending on the class) in a single session.
Completely fine. We individually adjust exercises for pre and postnatal bodies. Just let us know when you book so we can look after you properly.
You can, but The Move-In is built to actually get you strong, not just curious. One class shows you the vibe. 28 days shows you what changes.
Where should you actually start? 60 seconds, zero judgement.
